New Summer Wine Menu

We are now running a new wine menu. Although we cuurently have some of our old favourites, we are also trying a selection of new wines from this summer onwards. We have had selected for us some of the nicest wines from around the world, with some specialy chosen from Chile. A copy of the new wine menu can be found here.

Mexican all the way

Due to massive popular demand we have decided to remove our Tapas menu. The majority of our customers have prefered our Mexican menu and specials. This means that we can fully concentrate our efforts of bringing you the very best of our Mexican cuisine. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

New Opening Times

As of the beginning of June we have been operating with new opening hours. We are now open from 5.30pm Tuesday - Saturday.

As you can see we are doing our bit for the community. Local companies Pristine Clean and Sanity Promotions are two companies who have been regular visitors to Mohujos since we opened. You will see their adverts on this page and a few others over the next few weeks. Day Time Opening

Unfortunately we will be closing for lunch as of the 9th April. This is due to some personal circumstances, we may open again in the future. Sorry for any inconvenience.

MOHUJOS AWARD WINNING PARMO

We are pleased to announce that as of Sunday 16th December we were officially crowned 3rd best Parmo in the first World Parmo Competition. We went head-to-head with Borges of Stockton and Mike's Return of Middlesborough. We received the highest number of votes on the website which put us into the top three cook-off, but were pipped at the post by Mike's Return. Although our customers love our Parmos it seemed the judges weren't quite ready to have convention changed. Where would we be without change and innovation? It was a great day out in all, everyone really enjoyed themselves, except for the bitter cold. The judges for the day were Eugene McCoy, Alistair Brownlee and Charlie Constantine, they really enjoyed our parmo but stuck to the traditional parmo to award the winner. Coming third in the world for us is a great achievement and we are all really pleased. Thank you to everyone who voted for us, and we hope to see you soon, for an award winning parmo of course!
